Introduction 

Our aim is to create a book through which people can share in the true-life experiences of those living with special needs, by reading their stories of the highs and lows, and the tears, tantrums and smiles. This book will contain factual stories and information, as well as true-life experiences, and will aim to bring light and hope to people in a similar position to you and inspiration to us all.  

These inspirational and moving stories need to be written in your own words and from your own perspective. They can be as long or as short as you want, but must have an emphasis on helping people and making them realise they are not alone in facing these everyday difficulties.

Why are we doing this? 

We believe there is a need for a book like this, not only to help others, but also to help us, the Kids in Action Children's Charity. Proceeds from this book will provide the much-needed funds to allow the charity to continue its journey to help children with special needs, by providing social and sporting activities, and special needs holidays.
